Used devices ship with a 30 days no quibble returns policy and a 12 month warranty.

Please be aware that our products aren't guaranteed to have remaining manufacturer warranty although it's likely that the latest models will. We can't check specific models on request.

Faulty Device?

If a device you purchased from us develops a fault, we'll be more than happy to rectify it for you under warranty.

We do not carry out repairs. If you want a replacement, it will be like-for-like or upgraded subject to availability.
